30DS is way easier than RI30. you'd be downgrading. In my opinion, I say get "shredding it with weights" or "6 week abs" if you're looking to go upward, not downward, in work outs. I almost didn't get to do my work out today, thanks to a headache that consumed all of my head and down my neck. I have a sleep med that does more harm than good. I feel hung over the morning after I take it. But I did it! day 5, week 1! Complete :) I love feeling my nice firm core!

Day 3 - week 1, complete. (Today) Push ups were pain for me today :/ but i was drenched with "glow" (sweat) afterward! Thanks Jillian!
