  • If you can find it at the grocery store, Cary's Sugarfree Pancake Syrup is delicious! It's 30 calories for 1/4 of a cup, and it says right on the bottle that a 2 Tbsp. size serving is basically a calorie free food! That way since "Pancake Sunday" is going to become a regular thing, you won't feel guilty!

  • Soy sauce, with some sugar or Splenda, and sesame seeds if you have them is a nice sauce for stir fry! Just put a little olive oil on the stove, mix up some fresh veggies, and then once they're mostly cooked add the sauce. Cook a little more and stir in rice. Tasty!
  • Go on YouTube and search for Zumba workouts! A lot of gyms put their routines online, so you can have a class in the comfort of your own home! Great cardio, and it's super fun!
