Last night was night #1 for me. Nothing after 9:30. I'm hoping to lower the time once I am able but this is a tough challenge for me and I want to be realistic. So tonight I'll make it night #2! Way to go RED TEAM!

This was also officially my first week and I lost 5 lbs total! It feels so good and is so motivating. I'm going to email jennifun and let her know. Good luck to all Reds today!

I'm not sure if I lost any additional weight or not but for me, it's been a good week. After counting calories this week, I can't believe the amount of calories I was eating before! Wow. We'll see tomorrow. Good work to all you Red's out there!

You know, brushing teeth early is a good idea. That would keep me from eating more. I'm past my "snack time" so I'm going to brush my teeth, work a puzzle and go to bed! Good night all.

I would love to get in on the late night cut off time. This is my worst problem with weight loss. I also go to bed late, usually after midnight. I think a realistic cut off time would be 9:30. This will be harder than push-ups!

My starting weight was 176. I'll let you know on Wednesday what my first weeks loss is. Although I've been following the diet, I have put on 2 of the pounds that I initially lost. Hopefully it will be gone by Wed!

Every time I start feeling this sugar "thing" that inevitably comes, I try to remember my motivators. I'm tired of my tight jeans. I want them to hang rather than squeeze!

I have this problem as well. I started freezing fruit (suggested from another mfd friend. However, before I had to eat gluten free I would eat fat free pudding with fat free whip cream. That really helped during those desparate times!

Good dieting day to the Red Team! I'm going to exercise today! How about you? I'm also planning to get more water today than I usually do. I like water but keep myself too busy to drink any. Priorities!

I have only been on the gluen free diet for approximately 1 week and I have to say that I already feel better. I feel less tired and much more clear-headed. I'm glad to hear that Mexican dishes tend to have less gluten but hope that weight loss isn't more difficult!!

The water challenge sounds great. Unfortunately, I read the walking challenge too late. I need to get a treadmill or gym membership. I actually really like to exercise so I will walk 45 minutes on Monday. Looking forward to it!

How is the Red Team tonight? I was doing fine today but confess that I had some yogurt covered raisins. I'm over it now but it's tough when I get a sweet tooth! Help!
