I plan on eating all the traditional dishes. I dont plan on stuffing myself till nausea, but I'm not going to restrict either. Its a day of thanks, I'm thankful for the changes Ive made in my life for the better. Slow but steady, better and better everyday! :) Happy Holidays

My mom was a professional belly dancer when I was a kid. She danced all over europe, in Turkey, and Cairo ( this was in the 80's), She had a six pack abs and was the envy of all the moms for her physique. Find a supportive troupe and go for it :)

Measurements every month and progress pics every 3 months. The scale doesnt always show all the progress you have made. I have only lost 8 pounds, but am 2 sizes smaller. Seeing the change from my first pic to the most recent keeps me going and pushes me to make an even better change in the next pic. Patience is key. Best…
