Glad you and the baby are ok! That's so frightening... I cant stand the smell of chicken and so many other things lately and have 0 appetite now in the second trimester. The only thing I can seem to stomach well, without getting sick, are pretzels and cheese sticks. Maybe try carrying pretzels and peanutbutter as another…

Hi everyone :) we are due April 11th, and this is our second. I've had 2 ultrasounds and everything looks great so far. Last pregnancy I had morning sickness the entire 9 months, so here's hoping this one is much better. I am 38 this time round, so advanced maternal age in all its glory. We are 12 weeks today, and the…

Never, and under no circumstances.

Not at all, he joins me when I'm doing the 30DS, but when I'm on the treadmill or eliptical it drives me nuts if he's in the same room talking to me lol its soooo distracting, at least for me anyway ;)

You can do it, just take it really really slowly, especially since you are about to give birth. Your body will need sometime to adjust to the major changes it will be going through. Lots of luck to you on this journey and congrats on the new coming baby girl :)

If my husband cheated I know I couldn't get over it. It would eat me up daily and that's not the kind of life I want or the example I want to set for my daughter. I'm better than having to stick around for someone that didn't deem me worthy enough to be faithful. And I know me, and I couldn't forget it, or let it go, or…

Ugh, my husband got home after being gone for 28 days on the oil platform and we went out and had a big Texas bbq dinner then I topped it off with 2cups of oreo ice cream at 2am. Must work on eating better!

Hi :) I'm monica and I started out doing really great and lost 90+ pounds. I have been binging a lot lately, and need to get it back under control if I'm ever going to get to 150. I normally eat pretty healthy, but binge when I get super stressed. I am married with a little 2 year old and working on having another. My…

This sounds great! Count me in. I have a hard time with binging after doing super well for a few weeks and its stalling my weightloss.

I had a hard time losing weight on WW and I always felt like they were trying to sell me something. I never really felt like the meetings worked for me and they were so inconvinient when I was working 60+ hours a week. MFP has really been my lifesaver and opened my eyes to calorie consumption.

No, but you kinda have to right? We are just completely different people...luckily I only see mine once or twice a year... but I ADORE the rest of his family, aunts, grandparents, siblings- I really do enjoy them. I dont know what went wrong with his mom?

You need to open up your diary to get a real opinion on what it is that is staggering your weightloss. Feel free to message me once you do and I'd be happy to try to give a helpful opinion :)

I have loose skin on my stomach, arms, thighs and even my neck to some degree. And I lost weight the right way, it just depends on genetics, but I would never trade being in firmer skin at 265 pounds for having some loose skin at 165 pounds now. There is no way I looked better at 265 than I do now, loose skin and all.

HI I'm a SAHM too, with an almost 2 year old. There is no way I could go to a gym either since I dont have childcare here and the gyms here dont offer them. I did 30DS and lots of walking and still do. It's a struggle cooking for little ones and not eating the same foods, but you can do it. I find it helps more if I focus…

We are up late everyday so breakfast around 12pm, lunch around 4pm and dinner at 8pm. No food after 9pm is my rule since I am an avid late night snacker and its the only way to keep myself in check :)

You look amazing! Great job cleaning up your diet and working out :) It shows!

My husband's son (5 yrs old) from a previous relationship said, "Wow- look a blanket!" This was in response to my opening a gift that was a blouse on my birthday last year. It was a hideous shirt and it was an XXL, I laughed and so did everyone else but I was super embarassed. We correct him when he makes fun of people who…

I just had half of an avocado on top of lentils with goat cheese and salsa... incredible :) I also eat it in omletes, and with chicken, or with a little salt and some mozzerella, or in salads and with tuna fish. I love avocados :)

In a few weeks I'm flying back home and buying an entire new wardrobe, since mine is all way way too big... I don't know if I consider that a reward..I think of it more as a nessesity. I guess the reward would be going back home 100lbs lighter and having a great time with all my old friends and family. That, and I have so…
