What is everyone having for dinner? I've had a good day so far and don't want to go over...have 485 calories left?? Jen

I'm making my famous sushi salad. I am Gaijin of course, but I can still make rice and toss it with ingredients. I steam the rice and toss it with some rice vinegar, then I add some grape tomatoes, lettuce, and turkey bacon. It's a BLT, with rice as the bread. it tastes... eyeroll good!0

Homemade bacon and pineapple pizza. I use the whole wheat rounds, toast them and add sauce, 4 strips precooked bacon and 1/4 cup cheese. 315 calories for both rounds! It is great since I hadn't had pizza in two months.0
