What is everyone having for dinner? I've had a good day so far and don't want to go over...have 485 calories left?? Jen

    I'm making my famous sushi salad. I am Gaijin of course, but I can still make rice and toss it with ingredients. I steam the rice and toss it with some rice vinegar, then I add some grape tomatoes, lettuce, and turkey bacon. It's a BLT, with rice as the bread. it tastes... eyeroll good!

    Homemade bacon and pineapple pizza. I use the whole wheat rounds, toast them and add sauce, 4 strips precooked bacon and 1/4 cup cheese. 315 calories for both rounds! It is great since I hadn't had pizza in two months.

    I just cooked up some chicken and vegetables (yellow onion and bell peppers) in balsamic vinaigrette... and a roll... and a glass of milk... 424 calories according to my diary. Lol. I think I'm going to go have another roll. I haven't eaten very much today....

    I had 4 oz tilapia with a sundried tomato marinade, fresh green beans and red peppers sautéed In a tbsp of olive oil & and chopped garlic, a salad with green leaf lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, and sugar free balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and a bud light lime. Totalled 438 calories yummmm
