I started Level 2 on Thursday. I forgot to take my recovery protein after. Yesterday I didn't work out but spent the day painting. I woke up this morning really sore. But I'm going to press on. I won't forget my shake today thought. Tomorrow is the halfway point for me and I will measure and take pics. Keep it up ladies!! Q

I finished level 1 yesterday and really pushed myself to go all out. I was sweating like crazy. I've been under my calories all week and I can already see my body transforming. Sunday will be the halfway mark and I will take pics and measurements. Q

I don't know your fitness level but since it will be your first time, my advice would be to follow the modified section first just to get a feel for it. Make sure you stretch a little more after her cooldown too. Good luck. I'm starting Level 2 today. Q

It's usually the last thing I have at night and it is only 93 calories. It's helped me a lot. I still come in under my calories for the day. Q

The one I use is for muscle recovery and growth. It is about 93 calories and 20 grams of protein. I don't get full off it. If you don't want to build muscle, I don't think this will be best. I'm currently doing 30ds and 6 week. I like 6 week because although the focus is your abs, you also get a good workout overall. I'm always drenched in sweat when I'm done. Q

Make sure you stretch really good. I do more after the video is over. Also give yourself a good massage with your lotion after your shower. I also take a recovery protein shake after and it has really helped. Q
