  • Ditoo to the above.......... Not only that other people will get driven away too. Sadly people are people. Also as you are big they should not push your cardio as much as a slighter person. Your main coach should know and instill this, he should also know the reasons why. Hugs x

  • I puke when I do WODs if I dont I feel like I have not worked out! I do try and push myself to the limit, also CF people I have met dont degrade other gyms and such, they just workout. Love my CF simple x
