Is it just me, or has Anita got freakishly long arms?! I just caught sight of her with her arms outstretched for the high kicks in L2 and thought "weird!"

Did Level 2 and had some time to spare so did Level 3 as well! I'm going to stick with it from now on, so I'll call it day 1 of Level 3.

I weigh about four times a week, in the mornings. I don't record unless I have lost a significant amount of weight and it stays off (hence last weigh in was three weeks ago!).

I'm currently 133 and want to be 124lbs. I left school at 18 weighing 105lbs, was very active and naturally lean but too thin. I married at 28 weighing 118lbs and returned to that weight after having my daughter a year later. After number 2 arrived two years after that, it became much more difficult to lose weight and my…

I found it very effective so far, I've done 17 days of workouts over 4 weeks (had a holiday in the middle of it!) Within a week I'd lost 2cm from my waist and now I've lost 3cm from my waist and 2cm from my hips and I'm barely half way through. I was reasonably active before doing it but I've firmed up and gained a lot of…

I'm in a similar situation, I've been on MFP since September and in that time I've lost 4lbs, painfully slowly (and the scale's gone up as often as it's gone down). Like you, I eat right and work out plenty. Add me as a friend if you like and we can compare notes!

Most vegetarians are far more adventurous with their vegetables than meat-eaters, in my experience. I know that if I wasn't vegetarian I wouldn't have tried tofu or paneer and I enjoy both now.

Thanks for all your advice. What do you think mixing it up will mean in terms of exercise? I already run, walk, cycle and Wii Fit in addition to 30DS. Might start a zumba class this week too. At weekends I exercise in the mornings usually, on weekdays it's usually the evenings unless I walk or cycle to work.

Sounds a lot like me, although you have lost more to start with. It has taken me six weeks to lose 4lbs and I regain and lose two of those pounds regularly. Add me as a friend if you like, since we're in the same boat!

Thanks for your reply. I increased from 1200 to 1300 a few weeks back, I think that should be around half a pound a week. I've lost 3cm off my waist but nothing significant from anywhere else.

Amazing job! (to quote Jillian Michaels!)

Actually it was day 7!! 17 days of shredding over the last 28 days, I have lost 1.2kg and 3cm from my waist, 1cm each from hips, arms and thighs.

Level 2 again for me today - think it was day 6. Followed it with some Wii Fit and vacuuming!

Hi I'm hoping to lose about 12lbs in total. I'm vegetarian so my food intake isn't going to look a great deal like yours. I've had to eat wheat- and dairy-free in the past though, so I know what a challenge it can be. I had a recipe book called 'Cooking Without' and found it very helpful. If you're sedentary, and exercise…

Level 2 day 6 (I think) done...started it at 6pm, phone rang, finished on the phone, got changed, went out, got home at 11.30pm, got changed and finished off what I'd started! Time for bed now, and another shred in the morning.

Only 15 minutes today, but better than nothing! Aiming to walk to work tomorrow if it's dry enough.

Day 4 L2 done (eventually - first one since Sunday!)

My original ones are 2kg but I was really struggling with the squat and eye-level raise so I bought a set of 1kg weights as well just for those!

I've been vegetarian for 27 years and my daughters aged 12 and 14 are lifelong vegetarians. I have found it more difficult when eating out in the US than where I live in the UK but it wasn't impossible. Supermarket shopping took ages in the US though because I'm not at all familiar with the products and did a lot of…

Most days I just shred, but when I have more time I walk, run or do Wii Fit as well.
-
I'm not planning to set myself a weekly or daily target (don't need anything else to beat myself up about!) but today I have walked for 70 minutes already and I'm not finished yet!
-
Can I join? You can inspire me to walk to work more often!

Don't know how I'm going to fit this in this week - eldest daughter is home from boarding school and awake til midnight so I hardly get any time to myself. I know I'll do plenty of walking tomorrow as I'm at college, and Thursday, Friday and Saturday I'll be able to shred. Maybe I just need to accept that today and…

Good job! Look forward to the next set of pics after Ripped in 30 :)

Another day of level 2 done for me - will check but I think it was day 4. It was preceded by 3 hours of cleaning, tidying and ironing and followed by 30 mins on the treadmill, including running over 2 miles :)
-
Hi everyone...back from hols and back in front of the DVD! Didn't get back in time to do any shredding today but I'm going to do it twice each tomorrow and Sunday to make up for my week of slacking! You'll all be on L3 and I'll be running to catch up.
-
Day 3 of Level 2 done. We go away tomorrow so that might be my last one for a week!
-
Day 2 Level 2 done and still smiling :)

Day 1 of Level 2 done and it wasn't so bad! A lot of 'normal', a little Natalie and a little Anita. I might almost say I enjoyed it! I put my hand on my thigh yesterday and thought 'wow, that's firm!' so it must be working!
