Hi guys This month I have been distracted and I haven’t been active on here as much as I would have liked. My weight is going down slowly 70.7 kgs yesterday and today. I hope next month I can focus more on participation with the daily chats 🤗

Sorry guys Mia and have noticed I have missed 500 plus posts- went away for a long weekend . My weight last Friday was 72.3kgs- not great loss but still a loss. Still achieving alcohol free days and not eating after 6:30pm on week days easyish...

First Sunday alcohol free in a long time! Surprisingly I didn’t struggle at all 👍 even when hubby had a few...I didn’t cave!!!

Day 4 one goal achieved- no alcohol but ate dinner late 🥴 missed it by 15 minutes as I decided to go shopping first... could have been worse 🤔

My goals for this month are; To not drink alcohol Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. To not eat after 6:30pm on these days To check in at least once daily to this group ☺️ I am not going to go crazy and do my normal rapid loss only to regain it. Yoyoing is annoying- I want to go the distance 👍

Hi All Sorry I am late to say hi! Easter has been a busy time and not so good for the waistline!!! I am the heaviest I have ever been and feel overwhelmed by this fact. I really need to focus on losing weight and not give in to temptations. I look forward to being part of this group. Wishing everyone all the best
