It sounds really little, but I can do pushups for a full minute and can hold a plank for a full minute. And I can get thru boot camp without dieing. I just started exercising 4 mts ago. I have never exercised before. So that is a big accomplishment for me.

Sounds like you get some exercise with 3 kids. I dont know how old they are, but one of the things we do in our work out class is standing up and sitting down and standing up and sitting down. AND............. If you have cable go to the free movies section. There are a lot of free exercise videos. I tried several of those first, found the instructor that I liked, then went and bought the video. I ended up with Leslie Sansone walking videos. She is AMAZING!!!!!
