Honey. I have lost 48 lbs and have not lost any in mine either. I started out in a 40DDD. Tomorrow I am going shopping for new bras and I still have to get a 36DDD. All of the women in my family are large breasted. I think it is just in my blood. Good luck with your journey.

The girls at work get on to me whan they see me tugging at them because they are too big. Lossing weight is expensive. Hehehehe. Good luck with yor journey.

I understand what you are talking about. I was a store manager for VS for 6 yrs. They used to carry those sizes. Within the past 2ys they have changed their "target group". They stopped carrying XL anything, certain styles like high leg briefs, and all 40 band sizes. I guess WE are not the image they want. It is such a…

you should check out your local rec center. They are a lot cheaper and they have the same qualifications as someone at the gym. I take 2 classes at my local rec. Boot camp on Mon, Wed and a toning class on Tues, Thurs. There are only 8 people in our class, so it is almost like having a personal trainer. Its $50 for both…

Thank you for this post. I love hearing success stories. Also, I see NSV all the time and understood the concept, but never knew exactly what it stood for. I GET IT NOW. Tks.

That is SHock Absorber brand. They are really good bras.

I LOVE my Shock Absorber. It holds me better than any other sports bra I have ever had. It also does not give you a "uniboob". I wear a 38DDD in my regular bra so I bought the same size and it fits perfect. It is endorced by Martina Naver.....ova. You know , the tennis player. I have several. My fav has a clip at my…

I spent a month and half at my plateau. It stinks. I changed up my exercise and started eating more. I went from 1000 cals a day to 1200-1400. My nutritionist told me less salt and more fresh foods. I have last another 4 lbs. Keep it up you can do it.

I know what you mean. I knew I had changed and that I looked different, but I did not realize how much till I saw a picture in the same shirt and in the same setting. Its amazing the difference. I made my profile pic the two pictures. Good luck to you and your journey. I have 20 more to go. We can do it.

I tried yoga for the first time today. I loved the stretch, but it only burned 175 cals. In my regular boot camp class I usually burn 500 cals. Dont think I want to do yoga all the time.
-
man that sounds good. do you know what the cal count is?
-
OMG. I get it. I have it too along with bone spurs in both heals. Stretching is the key along with really good shoes. I also got cordazone shots in both heals. It helps a lot. Good luck with your journey.

Well I dont run 3 miles , but I understand how you feel. My trainer told me to run for 5 minutes then get off and do 10 pushups. Then run for another 5 minutes and then do 10 sit ups. This will add some flavor and it works on your core strength. You can tweak it how you need to , but it has bumped up my workout and its not…
