we love carnival. but we also live in tx, so we just drive down to the coast and hop on a boat . Its such a cheap vaca and we LOVE it.

my fav is EAS. 110 cals and 17 grams of protein. I love the strawberry. They are pretty small. I use them more as a snack so I get in all the protein I need for the day.

when I first started I did not work out. but after 4 mth I hit a wall. I did not loose any weight for a full month. I then started working out 4 times a week for 1 hr. I do a boot camp class now. Girl, I am right there with you!!! I turn 4 in June and have 10 lbs to go before then. I have lost between 45-50 so far. At 40 I want to look and feel better than I ever have. I finally want to enjoy LIFE. Good luck to you!!!! Enjoy 40.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE turkey meat loaf. If you want to give it a kick, top it off with salsa before you bake it. Its amazing. I also take a pc of bread and wet it. Then squeeze the water out. Its like glue to hold it together. Not low carb, but really good

Im in too!!!! I used to weigh everyday. Now once a week. I have started bootcamp and have been going for 2 weeks now. My clothes are fitting better, but the scale is not moving. It is driving me crazy. I WILL NOT WEIGH AGAIN TILL MAY1. We can do it!!!

I only log house cleaning when I "clean house" fast and hard. If I am breathing hard (like a work out) then I log it.

I was eating 1000 a day and have been at a stand still for a month. I just bumped up to 1200 per day and I now have to eat my exercise cals too. My nutritionist said it will break me out of this stand still. She just said to make sure that the extra cals are not the wrong kind of foods, sweets, etc. Good luck with your…

I LOVE Leslie Sansone "walk at home" series. It offers a 1,2, or 3 mile walk. Its not just walking. Its a cardio workout. It allows you to ramp up solw and cool down. She is encouraging but firm.
