  • You could try using small water bottles or tinned food instead of dumbbells until you can get some. I know they won't be as heavy as the real thing but they will at least add some extra resistance if you are worried the programme will be too easy without :wink: Good luck
  • maybe a chilli that should help overpower the turkey taste, and try adding a beef stock cube whne you fry off the meat.
  • I have tried it a few times and I did really enjoy it the first couple of times but then it seemed to get a bit repetitive keep doing the same routines. Also I didn't really find it an intense enough work out for me. However I went with a friend and she found it a good way of getting into the habit of working out.
