I have hypo and once I got onto medicine, the weight just started coming off. 65+lbs later and I am still losing, though not quite at my goal yet. Make sure that you take care of yourself and get that second opinion so if you need to be on meds, you are. You will feel a lot better after a month or so.

Yeah I am definitely in on this, a group would be wonderful! Starting Weight: 200 12 Week Goal Weight: 185 Physical Goal: be able to walk/run 3 miles without cramps or getting winded Nutritional Goal: Overall lower carb/sugar intake. Also to quit eating out so much!

When I eat things like Hamburger Helper or Kraft Mac and Cheese, I go by the recommended weight of the serving. I've found that measuring things into cups isn't as accurate as, say, grams within the serving. I use a small, inexpensive kitchen scale I bought off of Amazon for this.
