I use a Polar HRM. It is the most accurate from what I hear and it does seem to be honest. I seem to burn roughly 300 - 400 cals when doing Julians 30 - 40 minute workouts. Granted I am pushing myself and I live at 8,000 ft (this elevates your heart rate faster) so it may be different for you. But if you push yourself and…

It depends on what you wanna do but I am going for 30 days straight with no rest days. It gives the biggest results in the least amount of time and I am looking to surprise the boyfriend in March :)

I have a polar HRM that counts calories. Its AMAZING! Next to my Fitbit One it is my absoulte favorite gadget. It is extremely accurate and easy to use. As I recall it was pricey but well worth it. Heavy lifting, eating healthy, and having a balanced diet. In my opinion 1 meal a day is starving yourself. You need to learn to eat healthier and have at least 3 meals, all small portions. Stop abusing yourself.

Weight loss is not an easy thing dear. It will take a lot longer than a week to start seeing results and longer still to get the body youwant. Keep with it. You'll get there.

I currently taking depo. I noticed the increase in weight as well but I cannot take the pill because I always forget to take it and I do not want to run the risk of going unprotected. I am on day one of my fight to lose weight so I cannot report on progress but I am going to do my best all the same
