When eating the wheat thins, count out the # per serving. put the box back in the cabinet, and eat only that many. I think a serving is like 14-16 crackers. To make it seem like more, break them into smaller pieces or eat some fruit/veggies with it. I know if I eat right out of the box, it is empty before I know it. :cry:…

I had that for a couple of years and cortisone shots did not help. What helped me most was a gel insole and putting Absorbine, Jr on my foot every night before I went to bed. No more pain. :)

Although, we always had a TV in our house, we NEVER had cable or satellite TV. My kids' friends thought I was cruel. LOL We also lived 8 miles from town, so there was not a lot of entertainment otherwise either. :D

Ok...after all this egg talk, I will be having eggs for dinner, and yes, I will eat the yolk. I buy farm fresh free range eggs from a friend who is using the $ she makes for her kids' college funds. I get great eggs and one day, Hallie and Maddie will get a great education. Seems like a win-win to me. :)

I always have jicama cleaned and in a zippy bag in the fridge. It is a potato-like veggie that has a high water and fiber content. It is delicious. I also do the frozen veggie thing. :) Good luck!

Admitting your mistake is a giant step. Pick up where you left off. Did you learn from this...let's hope so. Does it destroy your ability to move forward...absolutely not. Sometimes you need a little rule breaking to make you realize why there are rules in the first place. :) Good luck on your journey.

I eat what I want in moderation. I still have to have enchiladas and burgers. :) I even had some chocolate for my snack today, but it was 1/2 a Hershey bar...and no, I will not sneak back into the breakroom for the other half. ;)

I have done everything from buying new clothes (desperately needed) to buying new coffee mugs to allowing myself to eat enchiladas with rice and beans. My rewards have run the gammet, but they have all worked for me. :)

That happens to me occassionally. Try higher protein snacks and meal options. Try to avoid high sugar foods and junk food because they do not provide the nutrition your body needs. I had pizza and birthday cake yesterday and I am starving today because the foods I chose were not as nutritious as I needed.

I eat Rice Chex. They are good, 100 calories for a cup and gluten-free.

I noticed you haven't logged your exercise. Remember that you need to eat more if you are exercising a lot. :)
