I had it for lunch todaya tablespoon of peanut butter for protein and a little pure maple syrup stirred in to make it extra tasty. YUM!

I like Fage and then add honey--better for you than the aspartame. Also then you can experiment and make your own yogurt using 2 T of the Fage. I now am in love with my homemade yogurt--I add honey and cereal or fruit--yum!!

I TOTALLY agree, BUT for me it can serve as a trigger for wanting more, More, MORE!!! And that is where the self-control has to step up. Ice cream is a huge trigger for me. I love it and don't want to stop with 1 bowl.

Thank you for asking, because I have been wondering that exact thing. To me, personally, it means no processed sugars and additives, but I don't know what it means to others.
