i workout everyday usually between 30 mins - 60 mins sometimes more. with having a baby in the house i get it in where i can. altho if iv pulled a muscle or something i will rest for 1 day then get back to it

im a diet coke addict i love pepsi max as well, iv been craving like mad but i havent had a can in 2 days now. im drinking alot more water now too. soda never seems to take away that thirst, i do miss it tho :( lol

only things i can suggest for this when your bored at work is to get some chewing gum to keep ya mouth busy, or sip at a glass or bottle of water, i am a boredom eater too but with being a full time mum my kids can easily distract me or i will get up and clean something to keep me busy.

im on 1200 a day and on my first week i lost a whopping 14 lbs im guessing alot of it was water weight tho.i gained some of that back tho cuz i stopped for about 4 months stupid i know, im now back to 11lb loss but dont be discouraged if it does say you have gained carry on it will eventually start to drop

you may still be losing weight just not noticing with you exercising as well you are probably with bigger muscles now. which weighs more than fat. maybe try checking your measurements, you may not be losing the weight but you could very well be losing inches :)

i have this problem too but i do now eat muller light yogurts they are just under 100 calories depending on what flavour you have but i have also found that they dont really keep you full til lunchtime, try eating foods with protein in that keep you fuller for longer, i.e ham, eggs, chicken for lunch i usually opt for soup…
