  • some people use a cheat day where they eat what they want, its not a bad thing either cause it kick starts your metabolism if its starting to go slow. dont dwell on the past and just look to the future you can do it :)

  • iv read this before too, as too previous comment negative calorie foods is not foods with no calories, all foods have calories but these foods take more energy to digest through the body's system than is in the food itself. pity im too fussy and only thing i like on that list is carrots. lol
  • im quite a fussy eater so i dont eat egg or seafood either, altho i eat soup for lunch usually tomato cuz i dont like any other lol. you can get the packets of dried mac and cheese thats around 200 calories as well so sometimes i would op for that, soup everyday can get quite boring.

  • thanks everyone for your input i have decided for now i will input it cuz i am absolutly drenched by time im finished. its not like every day housework i wouldnt count that unless im doin a big clean where im at it non stop. after a while i will just raise my activity level.

  • i did weigh early this week but today is a week from when i last weighed. i do exercise 3 - 5 days a week at between 40 - 60 mins a time then i walk everywhere too instead of buses unless its too far out of the way.

  • i find that even if i eat all my calories it tells me this because of the exercise i do. it adds it unto the calories that you eat. if this is the same case with you i wouldnt worry about it too much.

  • i also weighed myself early this week and it says i have gained 2lbs but a lot of people have told me that your weight can fluxuate throught -out the week. also if you are exercising 5 times a week dont forget that muscle weighs more than fat so it might not actually be that you are gaining weight because of what you eat…
