Well I have not been eating all my exercise cals back. Whe I do an hour of low impact aerobics and strength training I burn like 1000 cals! My allowence for the day in 1790 to start.

I have played both and bought the Wii bc it was cheaper... I wish now that I had waited and got the Xbox connect... Zumba is wayyy better on the xbox and so was the dancing games that I have played!

I use wii Zumba and golds gym dance cardio they make me sweat and usually play for 30-60 minutes I count them a exercise and have lost 16 lbs in 55 days!

I tried both ways. I have more anxiety pre logging and tended to overeat pre logging bc i would eat too much at a moment where i wasn't that hungry. I like having the freedom of choosing what I want in that moment.

I love to add all kinds of difrent things depending on my mood... frozen peas, sunflower seeds, crushed red pepper, boiled egg whites, apples, rasins, pecans, tortilla strips, a few olives (rinsed), jalepenos diced. I love salads bc you can add anything you want!!!! :tongue:

B U M P I have used the flavored packs in the ramen noodle packs in my rice! (Chicken, beef, orental, shrimp) I save the noodles bc my husband eats them!

on Zumb for the wii I use Zumba calculator and on Golds gym dance cardio It counts my cals based on my height weight and the moves that I get right which is usually pretty close to the calories that I get counting it as generla dance on MFP. :smile:
