I do eat back a lot of the sports-calories, but maybe it's really the muscles - they have had a great time off the last months ;-) Maybe next week it all looks better.

And if that person drinks 5 l that would make 15 cals, we all know that 15calories are not gonna make a difference even if you got them over you allowed net calories. I get your point, and i don't want to fight, but 1 cal on a can is not worth thinking about

Hi, I started walking 5 weeks ago. Now I go every day for about 60 minutes at a speed of 4 mph. It gets easier every day and burns alot of calories if you are heavy. I burn always around 950 calories when I walk 60 minutes. It's a great workout and it doesn't hurt your knees as running would. But you should really invest…

sounds good on the sports side - maybe you could check your calories again. maybe there is something you forget or something logged with less calories than it actually has. Maybe just increase the walking, i walk about an hour a day every day.

I would recommend eating stuff that is low on calories. Whenever I'm hungry I eat stuff like green beans (50 cals per can), or the classic apple a day (about 80 calories). Canned tomatoe soup is great too (about 130 cals per can) and for cold turkey on sweets try a popsicle (somewhere between 40 and 70 calories).

It's not the shoes, I bought them 4 weeks ago and made not more than 120 miles in them. I guess I will see tomorrow - maybe it was just a bad day ;-)

oh, so it is kinda normal. Good to know, I was mr. couch potato all my life until the 5 weeks ago, and so I had no clue about walking and running and everything that included movement ;-) Thank you!
