I went to our local cobbler (yeah we still have one of those lol) and he got me some Sole moldable inserts. we got them fitted and along with some stretching exercises I didnt suffer for over a year. I am…

  • i would also say PF because i have been a long time sufferer of that as well. another possible cause may be a bone spur. i went to my local shoe repair/cobbler here because the mass chains just dont know much. but i got some really good insoles and they are heat molded, also he beveled out a small spot on the heal incase…
  • the reason that this works for me, is because with WW you just add points and there are many packaged WW foods where you just have to look at the points on the label and log it without actually having to look at the content for a smarter choice. on here you dont only track calories, i track all things...esp carbs. it…
  • i use the sugar free jello for 10 cals and a tbsp of whipped cream. low on carbs, low on cals. or i will have a SF pudding or whip...those are 60 cals.
  • I not only use it every day no matter what and i have told everyone who will listen about it. i think i have gotten about 10 ppl using it even my hubby. why hide it when something is soooooooo amazing?!!!!!
  • yes, i like the tape...it helps so much.
  • Basmati rice is my fav...it is a white aromatic rice, but 3/4 cup cooked is 150 cals...as far as noodles, i use Dreamfields pasta. It has 5G digestible carbs and i dont like to feel so tired from the carb load in pasta. it IS about 20 cals higher (190 for 2 oz dry) but worth it in the load. I know you were looking for…

  • the way I do things is I make enough food for just us in the family. no left overs. then what my husband and i have done to limit ourselves is weigh, measure, and use childrens plates. when you eat, you eat mainly with your eyes. if you have a large plate, you will fill it. so, working with a smaller plate will help you…
  • best way for me to use the site is for tracking my foods and exercise. i use it mainly on my phone and just added the ticker today...so im not too sure what you want out of the site?! you dont NEED a ticker, but if you want to use it, copy and paste the code into your signature on the community page, and then it will…
  • the more often you do this, the more often you will WANT to do this. personally, i would say that if if is for an occasion like a wedding or something that you have to attend and cant control the foods, then make it the one meal and still be sensible about it. keep your portion size way down too. good luck.
  • we use the Kashi Go Lean Crisp Toasted Berry Crumble...it is so good and pretty filling. only 180 cal for a serving, but so good.
