Yes I drink lots of water. I did stop the BPC for a week an d I just added it again. We will see.... thanks for the feedback! :D My face got better without the coconut oil...but I just added it back to see if it was just a coincidence. I miss my BPC in the morning.

Trader Joes almond meal is great...it is the whole meal with the almond skins. Its the pure almond flour that is expensive. I get it on amazon when I see a sale. Most recipes work with almond meal. When I bake a cake I use the almond flour. Carrot cake works awesome with TJ's almond meal...so good!

I destroyed my metabolism on a VLCD ( very low caloriediet) I am doing paleo/primal since a few days ago. I have eaten at BMR and gained 8 pounds , stalled out for the last two months. same problem here...gappy backs and not a good fit...tried old navy stretch shorts...seem to be better but still gap in the back of waist. I have just resorted back to stretch pants and shorts...it's very annoying :(

This is the update thread...ok....TOM is over...almost 2 months into this (EM2WL) ....same 2 pounds lost and gained. I am being patience but this SUCKS!!! I had used it for years , mood stabilizer for bipolar...it is supposed to be weight neutral but I found that I gained a bit of weight , but not as much as other mood meds......also side effect for me, caused numbness in my hands and feet...just my experience. good luck with the migraines, UGH they are terrible!
