  • Don't buy used shoes. Go to a running store almost every city has one. They can look at how you walk and run and fit you with the right shoe. Having the right shoes can prevent you from having an injury. You might pay a little more but will save you in the long run.
  • If you don't eat a lot of meat I would try and work in a protein shake. I have one after every workout. It's 271 cals and has 32 grams or protein. Very good way to get a step up on your protein total for the day.
