Hi, I am 5.2 and have 5 to 10 pounds to loose. I have really stepped up my working out. I am seeing inches melt away everywhere accept my waist. Any suggestions, or do I just need to be patient? I want to join in!

Hi, I am 5.2 my current weight is 125 I would like to weigh around 115. I carry my weight in my chest and belly. I have found it very hard to lose these 10 lbs, I have tried for years, this time I am determined. I think it is harder to lose weight when you are petite.

I have 10 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight. I am currently at 125 pounds and would like to weigh around 115, I am 5.2. It seems like my body wants to hang at this weight, I don't feel comfortable, especially with my stomach. Any suggestions?

I am 5.2 and it is so true, any amount of extra weight really shows. I want to have a body I am proud of by this summer. I have been eating to much of fatty, salty foods.
