I have to do 6 sets of 10 burpees in between ab exercising so it would be 10 burpees, 40 secs of crunches, 10 burpees, next ab exercise...6 times...60 burpees...can't even think about it right now...I'm dreading it.

Are you sure you are overeating? Do you have your BMR and TDEE figured out? You walk every day and work out 3-4 times a week which is moderately active, which means you aren't sedentary. I bet when you overeat you are eating what you are supposed to be eating to....betcha betcha. :)

Add me! I eat 2000 a day. :) Seemed like a lot at first but now I love it and feel full of energy. I get so discouraged when I see my friends netting 700 a day. I need more friends who EAT.

You are an *kitten*! Plain and simple. I never refer to myself as large framed but I do know that by heybales spreadsheet, he says I am by all my measurements. I do not use that as an excuse though. I don't have fat rolls and I'm certainly not sitting here eating a twinkie...like ever.

Nooo there is such a thing as being large framed. Research it. Don't be mean. I have a friend that is the same weight as me but is small framed and for her to be at her goal weight would be 127 for me to be at mine would be 155...If I were 127 I would look sick!

I started by doing them 3 times a week for a couple of weeks and I liked them so I am now doing the program since it was only $6 for them to tell me which ones burn the most fat when done together. I like direction.

My hubby is a wonderful man and the only thing I can get him for is his continuous playing of computer games...although I have been there and got addicted as well. He keeps it in check though so yea he is pretty wonderful! :)

Great advice! :) This is exactly what happened to me. I ate at 1200 calories, lost muscle, felt terrible, gained it back as soon as I started eating over 1200 calories and now I'm creating a new lifestyle for myself. I sometimes burn that much. I have a HRM and I do Zumba on the wii and usually always burn about 800-1000 in an hour. I'm 5'8 and 193 pounds.

People will learn in their own time. Took me a while too.
