This weeks weight! 188! Lost a pound but I must say it wasn't the best week. No excuses, just wasn't the best week.

My boyfriend's mom told me to do it everymorning same time, after you pee but as soon as you can. She said she did a weightloss study before and she said write it down everyday so you know how much your body fluctuates during what time of the month it is. I hope this helps!

I love this topic because I continuously try to find some music I can shake my booty too! I found if you look up some techno type music (ew I know) or Dubstep (depends on what kind) I find the beat is easy to keep up with! I like Dev bass down low, and Kesha, she always gets me going. Also a little bit of rock never hurt…
