Just wondering what you're all listening to to get you all pumped up for cardio?

I am in love with "Moves Like Jagger" by Marroon 5 right now! But, I need way more to keep my work out going!

Share with me!

On my swing days (kettlebellers version of cardio) I must have hard, loud and a quick pace. That being said, it's usually Motorhead, Fear Factory, Prodigy...something along those lines.

Diddo on the "Moves Like Jagger" - I'm totally into that one too! I also like "Diamond Eyes" by Shinedown, "The Edge of Glory" by Lady Gaga (I normally hate her music, but this one is great to workout to), "Mudshovel" by Staind, "Porn Star Dancing" by My Darkest Days, "Same in the End" by Sublime, "Bullets" by Creed (although, it starts out slow), "I'm Not Jesus" by Apocalyptica, and "Girlfriend" by Avril Lavigne. Those are just a few. ;)

    yay Prodigy! :-)
  • I love this topic because I continuously try to find some music I can shake my booty too! I found if you look up some techno type music (ew I know) or Dubstep (depends on what kind) I find the beat is easy to keep up with! I like Dev bass down low, and Kesha, she always gets me going. Also a little bit of rock never hurt anyone! so Nickleback(if they count as rock) and RED.

Today's gym mix hit me with: White Wedding - Billy Idol; Looking Glass - The Birthday Massacre; Horror Show - The Birthday Massacre; Shattered - Delain; What the Water Gave Me - Florence + the Machine; All Around Me - Flyleaf; Abacab - Genesis; Not Qute Sonic - I Mother Earth; Alive - P.O.D.; Schism - Tool

Made for an intense workout, which is a good thing.
