I use Runkeeper, and I find it to be pretty accurate. But I agree, it's more with the GPS on your device.

I have made the decision that I will not give up my coffee and cream. I stopped drinking sodas, so that's my only caffeine source. I measure and log all the add ins, and I don't add cream after my second cup or so. This is a lifestyle I'll be living for quite a while, and I know that I cannot live without the coffee!

Go back to your MD, request labs done. You need to have regular labs done to check thyroid. Thyroid meds are needed if yours isn't functioning properly. Don't wean yourself off by yourself, that's very dangerous to do with any med. Adjustment of any prescribed med needs to be done by an MD only.

It's tasty but that's about it. I usually drink a couple tablespoons in my water daily, it's refreshing in ice water. But as a weight loss agent, nope.

Every morning. No clothes, and before food or drink. Measurements once a month. I enjoy seeing the downward trend in weight, but I use the daily weights to see what went wrong the in the previous few days. Too much sodium, not enough water intake, etc. But as said before, that's not for everyone.

YES. Water helps, and if you're still feeling hunger cues after drinking water and waiting a bit, then you might actually be hungry. But most of the time it's just habit. I get most of my daily water in just trying not to chew on part of my desk before it's time for a snack.

When I was at my smallest nearly 5 years ago, I never felt small. I'd lost 12 dress sizes and 115 lbs, but I still felt heavy. After being obese nearly my whole life, I didn't know who that slender person was. Now, I desperately miss that slender person, ha ha!

I eat canned green beans nearly 3-4 times a week. I just make sure to drain them and rinse them before cooking to lower the salt content. Fresh veggies go bad in my house since I'm the only one eating them, and I only like certain frozen veggies. As long as it fits your macros, you'll be fine!
