I lost 55 pounds on MFP. Moved to a different stay, had some unfortunate events…and gained 40 of it back. Here to say….I am foing to try again (deep sigh)

I feel your pain. I lost 40 pounds and have gained 30 of it back. I tried WW but it was too restricted. I don't think it's "eat everything" or whatever it says on the commercials. So here I am, like you - again. Good luck :)

Thank you "Suzy". I hope to lose the 20 pounds by Summer.....definitely by September when my daughter gets married. Thank you again and stay safe.

I did MFP a couple years ago and lost 45 pounds (and still had 15 pounds to go). Then life happened. I gained 20 pounds back. I did WW and just quit last week. I lost 10 pounds the first month, then the weight started to creep up. I really didn't like it because if I wanted a candy bar....there went all my points!! First…

Hi there, I am looking for friends. I was 8 pounds away from my goal than life happened. My daughter is having health issues so I had to move. My husband and I are job hunting and then we need to house hunt. In the mean time I turned to food for comfort. So now instead of 8 pounds, I have 25 to lose (still down 20 from…

You can all add me as a friend. I always had a desk job but was allowed to eat at my desk. Now I work front desk and really am not suppose to. Plus, I start at 5:30 in the morning and am having a hard time with breakfasts. I am not hungry that early, but as above....not suppose to eat at my desk. I had lost 30 pounds with…

I just turned 50 on Christmas. I was on the losing track, then gained 10 pounds back 2 years ago and just can't get motivated. Looking to lose 25 pounds....anyone interested in being friends, please feel free to friend me.

I lost 40 pounds and only had 15 to go. Gained 10 so now I have 25 to lose....and just can't get on track. Friend me if you like....

Boobs....always. Wish it was the butt, but the boobs are the first to go.

I try to remember, "nothing tastes as good as losing weight". Good luck...you can do it!!

I hear you. You do need to put yourself first, which for a lot of us, is hard. I was losing weight, and was down 40 pounds. Then I got tired, bored, not sure what. 10 pounds on and a year later - it's still here. I think (fingers crossed) I'm back on track - but like above, we have to remember we are here for each other.…

I'm 5'8" and I weigh 180 (gained 10 pounds) and I'm a size 12 (and 50 years old, if that matters). My goal weight is 165 so my size 12s fit better. I'm a pear shape so all my weight is in my butt/thighs/hips. (yuck)

I lost 50 pounds and had 10 to go. I gained 10 so now I have 20 to go...and I just can't get back on track. I still haven't found any thing to motivate me...so if it works for you - awesome!!

I lost 50 pounds and had 10 to go. I gained 10 so now I have 20 to go...and I just can't get back on track. It is very frustrating!!!

That's awesome!!!

I'm in for anyone interested!!! The more friends, the more motivation!!
-
Never did a challenge...so not sure how it works. I need to lose those last 15 pounds...so count me in!!!!
-
If you want to friend me....I can be your "we can do this" buddy. I gained 10 pounds and I am so mad at myself. I only had 5 pounds to go until my goal....now I have 15 to go. I can't get seem to stay on track. I need some "hope" too!!
-
Thanks so much!!

My first 20 pounds, my clothes were fitting better (and I was wondering the same thing as you). The next 25 is when I finally went down 2 pants size. Don't worry just keep up the great work!!

Take it one day at a time. If you falter, don't "throw the towel in". Pick yourself up and start again - don't give up. This is my new saying, may-be it will help you "I'm not losing weight. I'm getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again." Good luck.....and reamember - you can do it!!
