Food Scale
So I am starting over.....again. I am doing it right this time. I bought a food scale and cant believe, when you weigh your food, the little amount a true serving is. Wow!! Any suggestions on getting full?

Exercise DV
So I started an exercise dvd. It has country music and I love exercising to that. The problem is, I'm such a klutz, I trip over my own feet!!! I get so aggravated and want to quit but I feel good knowing I'm trying. Does it ever get easier or should I stick to something easy, like walking. Thanks

So Embarassing
I've been trying to eat "cleaner" but it seems everything I eat gives me gas. Broccoli, hummus, eggs.....I get really bad gas. I've tried "Beano", but it doesn't help. Do I need to see a doctor? It's SO embarassing.......
