I have a 38" chest, all bone (ribs are visable) and hips with a natural big butt and thighs. I looked awful at 116lbs, seriously ill. I am currently 143-5 a UK 12/14 and look better than have when skinny because of my frame I look awful dead skinny. it's a hard question to answer because it depends on body frame xxx

I have to say MASSIVE mixed signals for him. If you do not want him to be doing this dont share a bed. He obviously finds you very attractive and wants to be with you and for most blokes staying in the same bed as partner means at some point this is going to happen. Not having a go, but do think of him as well!

a lot of people lose a lot first week, then it gets slower as time goes on. Keep to once a week due to natural fluctuations as will give you a better idea. :)

there are certain ones you can, tikka style pieces etc but as far as I am aware no for the plain ones and they do seem different in texture - I ate quorn forever (cant now cos of gluten) and never ate the normal pieces raw x

If I do not fancy food I eat two rice cakes, thin amount of spread and some peanut butter - not loads of cals but keeps me going until I fancy something more x

1200-1400 for me very rarely 900cals a day but I am poorly atm so thats why its on a day when I wont move from sofa let alone work out x
