Hi Everyone;
I am still fairly new to MFP (this is my third week) but I am NOT new to weight loss. I have been losing and gaining and losing and gaining since I was 18. I'm a lifetime member of WW (even though I no longer go) and I am further from my ideal weight right now than I have ever been before. Now I'm 36 and I want to lose about 30 pounds, maybe even 35. I would love to have some support for the journey! I tend to be really positive and supportive, it's just my nature. I am working hard to speak to myself in a loving way, not a critical way that adds to the cycle of feeling bad and eating out of my emotions. I have had a lot of time to figure out WHY I am overweight and I feel like I understand it, now I am finally getting out of my own way and putting the PLAN into REALITY so I can really be who I know I really am. I like people who have a good sense of humor and a supportive attitude. I'm looking forward to making a few new friends on MFP so we can all support one another!
Add me if you want to do this together!
thanks!
~C
