I just hit my goal 185 down from 254. well technically I'm 181 at this point. any advice on maintaining/ building lean mass /lowering bf% changing this up is worrying me >.<

once every 6 weeks. That way you get to feel really good about the progress and dont freak out over minor variations due to water and waste.

I intend on joining a gym in sort order my concern was under eating actually. With all these posts about "starvation mode" I just wanted to make sure I was ok. I feel great by the way I find it hard to believe I am "Starving"
