Hey I have been trying to figure this out too. I have been at it for about 8 weeks now and dropped 12 pounds the first 6. my goal is set to 1680 and I normal eat closer to 1700-1900. I am a male 6' tall and 242 pounds 21 years old. I have a retail job part time 3 or 4 days a week that I walk to 3.3 miles. other than that I don't move that much other than to walk to class and the grocery store. I keep worrying that I am not eating enough calories but I also have been feeling great and the original OMFG I AM SO HUNGRY feeling has gone away. anyways I am set at sedentary right now kinda wondering if I should bump it to lightly active and eat more.

Want to eat more? Join a gym, lift some weights. Then you can eat near 2500 calories and still lose weight.
Amazing, isn't it?0 -
I intend on joining a gym in sort order my concern was under eating actually. With all these posts about "starvation mode" I just wanted to make sure I was ok. I feel great by the way I find it hard to believe I am "Starving"0
