I know what you mean about feeling like a failure when it comes to logging your food. I didn't do it for a whole year but still watched what I ate. You are so worth it and you can make this happen. I'm here for you for support, just let me know!!! Good luck!

Thank you, and to you as well. I used to work somewhere that required me to walk and lift a lot and at the same time living a vegan lifestyle. Then everything went haywire when I started working at a smoke shop and stopped eating healthy. I just got back on track, it's staying on that's going to be trying.
