I agree! When my coworkers comment on my "daily" salad--- I say "it's the same salad I eat everyday." After that they walk away and leave me alone. With the ground beef--- brown up the meat... drain the fat... return to the pan...season with salt and pepper to taste...add some mixed veggies and bam you have a nice quick, easy and healthy meal.

If you use dry beans I would just stick them in the crock pot for 2-3 hours on high. Hi sounds like a pretty normal day...I wake up at 4:30am prep my husband's meals while drinking a preworkout drink then I am off to the living room for some TurboFire...It's the only time I have to get a workout uninterrupted.

I agree...to much work for me to shower after a workout. I really don't get smelly after a workout... I do have wipes that I use to freshen up. I like to workout 45 minutes before heading back to work...I wanna get every minute out of my workout I can. And showering will just take time away.

Currentlt I am into an apple with an orange and a mug of tea! Carrots with hummus with a glass of unsweeten iced tea! I used to be into LUNA bars with a glass of water. However I get bored pretty fast along with the lack of interest. Lack of interest and boredom are horrible for a healthy lifestyle.
