Oh, and if you look at my picture, I am actually in it - the tiny, tiny speck at the top of a sand dune is me, in the desert in Namibia . I could never have got up that dune when I smoked!

Your diary is great, so don't stress about your mother. They do that kind of thing! One thing I would suggest is maybe adding some dairy ( unless you're lactose intolerant of course) as it's quite tough to get enough calcium without it - yoghurt is a great option as it's low in cals and high in calcium and protein.
