cooking with fennel- any advice?
Hi there, I planted some fennel in my veg garden on a whim, and now have a giant bush that needs nibbling on. I know you can roast fennel bulbs, and use the leaves in salads and as herbs for fish, but other than that am out of ideas. Any fennel fans out there with yummy recipes? Thanks!
