Is there a reason you don't eat eggs? (Allergy or hate them?) My favorite breakfast is: 1/2 cup egg whites 1/2 cup spinach a little chopped onion garlic, pepper Scramble together, and add 1/2 TB Parmesan cheese on top when done. It's 111 calories, 1g fat, 18g protein.

As a nurse, I really recommend talking to your doctor about your blood sugars and recent weight gain. I also think it's important to rotate your workouts and do different things to "shock" your body, so you don't over-train the same areas over and over.
