You don't have to eat 'breakfast foods' because it is morning. Eat the same things you enjoy throughout the day, just in breakfast portions.0

One idea might be to add a tablespoon of pure pumpkin to your oatmeal, for a festive, fall treat. You can add pumpkin pie spice with it to make it really special! I did that this morning but with cream of wheat. It was YUMMY!!

Is there a reason you don't eat eggs? (Allergy or hate them?)
My favorite breakfast is:
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup spinach
a little chopped onion
garlic, pepper
Scramble together, and add 1/2 TB Parmesan cheese on top when done. It's 111 calories, 1g fat, 18g protein.0 -
I usually eat a Snickers Marathon protein bar or make a whey protein shake of some sort. These will hold me over and keep me full until lunch time or even later.0

mushrooms fried (can be fried with water or cooked in microwave), with a grilled tomato or baked beans, [poached or scrambled egg or not ;-) ], whole meal bread
a bowl of fruit with a topping of creme fraise
satay noodles (spoon of peanut butter with soya sauce) with spinach and a poached egg
yogurt or custard with dried fruit, and seeds / nuts
that should keep you busy for a while :-)0 -
Fiber One or Fiber Plus bars - they come in chocolate and peanut butter, are high in fiber and low in calories. The fiber one Chocolate Peanut Butter is only 90 calories and the Fiber Plus Chocolate chip is 120 calories. Not only are the yummy they are very filling and get me through the morning.
That and I get to have chocolate every day0 -
Fresh fruit: banana, apple, pineapple... Or maybe try adding different fruits to your oatmeal to mix it up a little? I also recently found organic tropical fruit applesauce which is quite delicious!0
