I make mine vegan.. it's really thick kinda like dough :) 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup almond milk 1 scoop sunwarrior vanilla protein 1 tbsp chia seeds cinnamon LOVE it topped with blueberries/ agave or sunbutter :)

I'm short 5'0" or 4'11" (like almost 5 foot lol) and hate when MFP tells me I need 1200 cals to lose x amount of weight... I can't survive off 1200.. sometimes I net it, but usually that's if I fall asleep early. Usually my net is 1600-2000 idk how much I weight but I'm a size 0 so I guess that range works for me

Yup! I wasn't looking to lose weight though but when I first started running I dropped a lot of weight (I'd say 8 pounds).. it happened to be too much so I had to gain back at least half though lol

Definitely my ethics... I've been vegetarian for 6 years now, best decision I've ever made for myself... I like feeling that I'm making a little bit of a difference :)

Yogaglo! I use it every day :) it's $18 a month for membership but I find it reasonable since a lot of classes around me are $22 per session. They also have lots of variety :)

I say wait until she's able to make that decision on her own. That's what my Mom did with me and my sister and I like it better that way. My Aunt pierced my cousins ears when she was a baby and she had to get the redone because, obviously, her ears grew lol

I'm 5 foot and the lowest I weighed was 102 (again over exercising/under eating)... when I started to eat more I actually lost more weight.. then had to gain and now I'm comfortable eating around 1600-1700 but I'm maintaining. I would take baby steps.. add 100-200 calories a week

umm isn't 500-600 calories dangerously low? You need to eat food or else you are going to hurt your body and you don't want that happening. Fruit is good for you... 100+ calories of fruit is not going to hurt you. But seriously, you need to increase your calories to at least 1200

I'm a vegetarian but eat mostly vegan and 1200 isn't hard for me at all.. most of my meals are vegetables which have like no calories, so I always try to OD on them lol I don't really like being at 1200 but it happens. I'm also very short/petite, so whatever works for your body :)

I know I have this problem with peanut butter-- I go through phases of peanut butter, almond butter, and sunflower seed butter (yum!) and then I go through weeks where I don't want it at all... it's probably just your body telling you you need the fat in your diet. Try increasing that

I'm American and I hate mayo... never have and never will lol sometimes that's just how people are trained to make sandwiches (at a deli). Not all Americans are "fat" you can eat bad food where ever you live
