Hi Guys!
I love yoga! I did it at the gym a few times (beginner obvs :P )
Does anyone know of any yoga dvds or anything that can help me in doing yoga at home?
I would be looking for something beginner style.

I love wii fit yoga, and if you google "free yoga on line" you will be overwhelmed. There is free yoga at 6 am on my local tv station, and at a neighborhood grocery store, free yoga every other saturday.0

i need a sauna and a very hot female instructor to get into yoga. guess i'm not much help.
and i'm poor, so that won't be happening.0 -
Yogaglo! I use it every day
it's $18 a month for membership but I find it reasonable since a lot of classes around me are $22 per session. They also have lots of variety 0 -

There's a ton of free yoga videos on youtube, Namaste Yoga is one of my favorites if I am looking for a relaxing one.0
