kitkat415-- so nice to hear I'm not alone. It seems odd to me that the more I exercise the more I seem to weigh. That's so not how it's supposed to be! Thanks everyone for your advice, it's much appreciated.

My diet is varied, I usually eat a light english muffin with spray butter and coffee for breakfast, but sometimes switch that up on the weekends.
