To all those near goal who upped Calories

I am near goal - stuck at the same weight for many many months - and have been netting 1200 consistently. A few weeks ago I upped my calories to 1320 (some days I go up to 1400-1500) with healthy things (raw almonds, fruit, etc.) which should still put me at a decent deficit. I've *gained* 2 lbs since this change but I've heard that's a natural reaction? My BMR is 1250 btw.
I've been working very hard at toning and would love to see those last couple lbs of fat melt away. Am I doing this right? Thanks in advance

so a few weeks ago you upped your calories, gained weight and didn't break your stall.
Easier for folks to comment if you say something about your height / weight / goal etc and open your food diary0 -
I upped 4-5 days ago. My plan is to continue for 6 weeks without a change of plan.
You may even need to go higher... who knows.0 -
