  • I have a friend with Celiac Disease and she eats these religiously and says they're perfect in every way. I've always thought about buying them. I might have to now...
  • And it could also be heartburn. That can really be triggered by acidic foods. I take Prilosec or Zantac and that works pretty well for me.
  • Well it kind of depends on what actually happens when you eat them. I used to get incredibly painful stomach pains when I ate anything high in acid (mostly oranges and tomatoes). I ended up in the hospital one night and they told me I just had really bad irritable bowel syndrome, It's really common and a lot of times it…
  • I was thinking about this today as well. What is the difference between a nutritionist and a dietician?
  • 1. Not snacking at night slash eating a later dinner so I'm not tempted to snack as much. 2. Being conscious of carb intake. Those calories add up fast. 3. Doing shorter, more intense workouts so I don't get bored as easily.
  • You can do it! First, just think to yourself how much it WILL put you back for the day. How much you will have to work out. And then think how much farther you will be by default if you eat something healthier. Grab some string cheese or cheese & crackers. Cheese and bread aren't bad. Just that much cheese & bread at once…
  • That's awesome!! Way to go!
  • Chocolate or yogurt covered raisins are a great idea, too. There's a website that I'm slightly obsessed called mixmygranola.com. You can make granola. Different from trail mix but they have ingredients there that you wouldn't normally think of adding. Dried fruits are always a good option, too.
