This has actually helped me a lot. I notice that I'm working out like crazy, but not losing (part of that might be WHAT I'm eating, not how much). I do eat my workout calories. I think I'll try to avoid those and see what happens. Not put down my workouts until I go to bed at night.

Agree with this one. My aunt did it, and I'm not sure how she's keeping it off, but my sis is considering it. I don't want to take any drugs on this journey. Keep it as natural as possible.

With natural PB, since there isn't any added ingredients besides peanuts and salt, it's a very mild taste. I've taken measurements, and people have said I'm looking skinny, but it's just that old-fashioned idea that the scale gives your "true" weight. I do like how I'm looking, but it's just weird and I need to get out of that mentality. :smile:

I bought them when I was a waitress and I still wear them every day for my walking workouts. Does my butt feel tighter? I don't know, but they're really comfortable, and they were easier on my knees and joints. $100 well spent. End of story.

I felt EXACTLY the same way when I started. But don't lose heart. It gets easier. Do as much as you can and work as much as you can through the pain. I'm on Day 8, and I'm starting to feel tighter. My endurance is nothing, still, but my muscles are feeling MUCH better!

I did best on WW back in 2004, when I was a senior in high school. I did it with my mom, and we did awesome together. I love 30 lbs before going off to college, and i've never gotten the same level of success on anything. I'm hoping MFP helps.
