Finished Phase One!!!!
SO psyched that I finished phase one today! My arms are noodly, but in the good way. This month, I managed to up my free weights from 5-12.5, my squat weight from 20-50lbs. Unbearably sore legs

Addicted to Junk Food?
I know healthy food makes me feel better. But I can't stop eating out, or eating pure junk food. It's not helping and I'm feeling really discouraged. Two weeks in, and no weight lost. :-(
So, no weight lost is probably a lie. I've lost .9. But after two weeks of clean eating, and lifting heavy, I haven't lost anything. Think it's because I've lifted heavy? I can see a bit of a difference in my arms. They're looking tighter, but not much of a weight loss.

I just started C25K this week (after a few start/stops the last several months), and one thing I notice is how tight my legs are afterwards. I usually stretch by sitting on the floor, legs apart and reaching for my feet, but are there any other stretches people do before/after training?

I just bought this on Amazon the other day and am really looking forward to any changes they've made with it. I love the original, but lost my leg strap. The fact that this doesn't need the nunchuck and several exercises are hands free is a plus. Has anyone else tried this? What do you think?

Swimming advice for a nonswimmer?
I'm not a huge swimmer. I was petrified by water as a child, and am slowly getting over that aversion. I can swim, just not well enough to complete or anything. I'm wanting to swim for fitness, and wonder if anyone has any advice for a newcomer.
