HIIT Tracking Question

How do you track HIIT on here? It doesn't give that option. It'd probably be easier if I had a heart rate monitor, but how does everyone else do it?

I use a Polar Loop and Polar HT7 HRM and track them on the Polar app then enter them manually on here. Gives you as close to accurate as can be for calories burned0

I don't have a HRM either- I just use the cals given by the treadmill. I read recently that treadmills are on avg abt 13% inaccurate so I've started (since yesterday, lol) to enter 15% of the cals through the quick add option. I enter the info through the "add your exercise" option at the bottom of the list.
I really am planning on getting an HRM though.0 -
I tried to find one on eBay yesterday, but I'm thinking I should just bite the bullet, and save the money for the one I want on Amazon (It's Polar and it's green. )0

I use my garmin 305 gps watch.
For my HIIT runs I do similiar reps each time. I track it by the pace of the sprint interval. When I see each iteration getting faster I add on another set or lengthn the intervals.0
